Our courses will always contain a Train-the-Trainer component that assumes content expertise by the trainer, so instead, focuses on teaching the trainer topics such as:
o Understanding students and their needs
o Understanding and applying work-based learning theory
o How to teach in a clinical setting
o How to design and deliver a procedural lesson
o Understanding test preparation
o Understanding the role technology can play in clinical education
